5. Quotations and Payments
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before project commencement. Final payments must be made before project handover or website launch. MwalimoTech reserves the right to suspend services for late or non-payment. Any deposit or payment should be done through Payments for easy recording and tracking on our database.

6. Revisions and Project Timeline
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the proposal.
Excessive revisions or changes outside the scope may incur extra charges.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed content or feedback) may impact the timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and content for your project.
Approving designs and deliverables on time.
Ensuring compliance with your industry regulations.

8. Intellectual Property
All content and design provided by MwalimoTech remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.
After payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability
MwalimoTech shall not be held liable for:
Loss of data or revenue due to service interruptions.
Delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., hosting companies).
Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

10. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information provided is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice for violations of these Terms.
